Certificate copies, test reports and material safety data sheets are available on request for a named product and destination country. Certification scope varies by product family — ask us to confirm before you file a tender or open an import file.

Incoming material & cell screening
Incoming cells and components are checked against specification before they enter the line. Grading happens here, not after assembly.

In-process assembly control
Robotic handling and automatic fixture flipping keep cycle times repeatable, so a pack built on Monday matches one built on Friday.

Laser welding + vision verification
Welding is verified by vision inspection rather than by sample. A joint that looks fine but measures wrong is still a reject.

Grading & aging in-line
Grading and aging stations sit in-line, so inconsistent cells are removed before they can hide inside a finished pack.

End-of-line (EOL) functional test
Every unit runs an end-of-line functional test. Nothing is signed off on the strength of the process alone.

Pre-shipment inspection & packing
Pre-shipment inspection, packing to the destination requirement, and documentation prepared before the container is sealed.
